A. Right of Withdrawal Instructions

Introduction

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

ou have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
